Through ABACUS, our computerized reservation system, we can provide instant response to all of your reservations of airlines seats, hotel requirements and car rental, both local and overseas. Issue and deliver tickets and other travel related documents to offices or homes of travelers, even after office hours and public holidays.
Provide expert consultancy on all aspects of airlines schedules, the most competitive airfares, hotel bookings, cruises, holiday destinations, car and coach rentals, travel and health documents, etc. assistance in application of visas.

Special Services at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)
VIP Room – provides for well wishers to send off or meet VIP guests right to the departure/ arrival gates of the flights with an exclusive use of a private room and immigration facility.
Special Lounge – we can arrange lounge at both the Main Terminal Building (MTB) and the Satellite Building at KLIA for passengers to relax and do some work before departure.
Limousine Service – private limousines can be arranged to transfer from KLIA to the city. |

Leisure Market
From the corporate customer base, especially from the Japanese companies, there are the individuals, their families and friends who would like to go on holidays during their stay in Malaysia. So we organize specially tailored holiday packages, in most cases with Japanese-speaking guides, for this segment of the market. To meet the demands of this market, Orex Travel has one department, with Japanese and Japanese-speaking employees, especially catering to their holiday needs. Such holiday packages are also advertised in the Japanese newspaper ‘Nichima Press”,
“Panora” and “Nangoku Shimbun”.

To meet the requirements of corporate customers that organize trips for their dealers, distributors and staff, Orex Travel has a department that caters for such needs. Trade Fair Department
| Being an active member of the MGCC - Malaysian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry , we have a department that actively organizes special packages for visitors and exhibitors to attend trade fairs in Germany and Europe. Beside Europe, we also organize packages to other parts of the world. |
