Secure Flight Program

Secure Flight Program Data (SFPD) is a program developed by the U.S. American Government Agency, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). It's aim is to enhance the security of domestic & international commercial air travel. TSA does not accept any bookings without Secure Flight Passenger Data as of 01.11.2010.

SFPD applies to all passengers traveling to/from the United States of America. Under the SFPD, airlines need to collect the following passenger information for all reservations and must transmit the same to U.S. authorities 72 hours prior to the scheduled time of flight departure:

1) Full name (as it appears on the identification document to be used when traveling);

2) Date of birth;

3) Gender;

4) Redress number * (if available).

As SFPD is a mandatory requirement, we request our customers to/from USA to kindly provide details required for submission to TSA, complying to the applicable time limits as well as the accuracy / completeness of the passenger data. Failure to comply may result in denial of transport to the traveler concerned.

A Privacy Protection notice from the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is also being attached to assist you in obtaining the required information from your passengers in time. For further details, please refer to the TSA Website at http://www.tsa.gov/what_we_do/layers/secureflight/.

Thank you.

* Redress number: It is a unique number assigned to a passenger by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) after the passenger clears him/herself from a wrong association with the same/similar name of a blacklisted person. The passenger in this case will be issued with a redress number which may be used during future travel to/from the U.S. without any problem. All of this communication takes place between the affected passenger and the DHS; the airline is not involved in clearing a passenger's name.
